A typical food parcel includes:

  • Breakfast cereals
  • Soup
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Pasta sauce
  • Tinned beans
  • Tinned meat
  • Tinned vegetables
  • Tinned fruit
  • Tea or coffee
  • Sugar
  • Biscuits
  • Snacks

Specific requirements

Our foodbank can make small adaptations to your food parcel to meet general individual needs. For example, we can supply vegetarian parcels, and those for clients with limited access to cooking facilities. Those with more specific needs are welcome to select the items which they can consume, from the parcel .
